SKiN Health specializes in all aspects of Dermatology—prevention, recognition, and treatment of conditions of the skin, hair, and nails. We provide OHIP-covered procedures, non-OHIP covered procedures, and regularly participate in clinical Dermatology research trials.
Physician referral is required for many of our services. If you are new to the Centre, please contact us to determine if a referral is required for your service, and details on the next steps to making an appointment.
New and Returning Clients
New and returning patients are asked to complete the Patient Information Form in advance of their appointment. Please download the new form here and bring it with you to your appointment.
For Physicians
We would be pleased to accept your referrals. To refer a patient to the SKiN Centre for Dermatology, please have them download and complete the Patient Intake Form and bring it with them to their appointment. For any questions about our services or staff, please contact us.
